Hello my name is Simon I am sending you this email because I need a simple information about a work practice and a check that has been my wife.
Let me explain briefly what it is below: Towards the end of January my wife a Georgian girl named Nino found for internet ad offering work as a babysitter and decided to respond to this ad by sending your curriculum vitae. After about a day came in the e-mail account to my wife an e-mail response, where it appeared a person named Eric had the need for a babysitter for four hours a day for 5 days a week. This person wrote to my wife who was Finnish and would soon moved with his family in Italy. After a series of e-mail that my wife wrote to him to agree to pay the price and type of work to do, he confirmed that they agree on everything and to make sure the person as a babysitter for her daughter, said he would send mail a check as a deposit of 2500 €. Of course before doing this asked all the personal data of my wife's name, address, phone etc. It 's been about a month and assignment by these people arrived, we immediately went to the bank where my wife has the account with my company to ask if this check was valid and the Bank also said that most likely if not very safe because they have yet to make the verification check is valid. My question is this: If my wife receives this allowance of 2500 € and deposits to our account or you give money liquid, in what is exposed in her future? This person can claim something against my wife? Please await your advice on how a wife can do in this situation. waiting to receive your information I offer you my best regards. Regards |

I wish to inform you that your wife must perform the work under taken. In this regard as she has received payment therefore mow if she does not perform work she may be held liable for breach of contract. In this regard she may inform the other person that as her bank has mentioned doubt about check. She may inform the person that she can perform when payment is released. Alternatively if she does not intend to work then she may pay the loss because of breach of contract.
