Buisness Inventory/Dissoultion of Business Partnership

I am the President of a Retail lingerie company that was established on the 12th of last month. I have a partnership 50/50 with a friend of 8 years. Yesterday I decided to dissolve the company due to creative differences over our marketing stragies. She is now withhold all the inventory and items for the storefront we were planning on starting. I paid for all of this through my own personal acccount and the money is from a private loan my husband(who is Secretary) and I secured privately. It is over $1200 worth of tangible items and most were purchased before she legally became our partner, before that I was sole proprieter. She is now moving forward with a fashion show as a fundraiser using the items that were purchased by my husband and myself. I would hate to see her profit with items paid for by me for a company that no longer exsists. Are these items technically stolen, since I have proof of everything I paid for? How to I proceed?
