How to write a partnership agreement? (to protect both my partners)
My friends and I are trying to start a business, and both of us will be investing money in this company to maintain it, but I need to write a contract for both of us to sign it, and I do not know how, I need some advise in writing a business contract to protect both my partner and I please help?

See several sample partnership agreements, and/or joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements for corporations. LLC member agreements as well.
Those agreements will highlight for you all of the issues to consider. |
