Dear,
At first, I am sorry about my english. I come from Thailand and I am doing export classic car business. I have 2 workers who will help me while I am in Thailand. They are not my employee. I will pay them for each job only. My question is I would like to make agreement paper but I don't know what I should write it down. Especially, I am very concern what I write on my service agreement won't be covered enough. Here is what I write. Could you please give me a favor to check my service agreement?


(1)__ Any part of vehicle lost by the worker, worker must be responsible at full price on the item



(2)__ While the vehicle is derived by worker and the worker gets any accident. The contactor will not be responsible to anything.



(3)__ The contactor will pay for the labor after all jobs are done.



(4)__The contactor will transfer money for buying vehicle and item to bank account. If the worker lost money, the worker has to pay full refund.



(5)__The contactor will transfer money for rent a yard to the worker and the worker will process money to (the owner of yard) every 5th of the month


(6)__Acknowledgements. Each party acknowledges that he have had an adequate opportunity to read and study this Agreement, to consider it, to consult with attorneys if he or she has so desired.



(7)__IN WITNESS WHEREOF and acknowledging acceptance and agreement of the foregoing, Seller and Buyer Affix their signatures hereto.

Is there anything I need to fix or write more?
