Verbal Contract - but with something in writing
I am a commercials director (directing TV commercials) and I agreed with a production company that they would be represent me. We further agreed that from the profits generated by jobs we did together the production company would be entitled to 60% and I would be entitled to 40%. I told them that the previous company to represent me took, in addition to their profit share,
