Default S-corp question

My husband and I have a S-corp that was formed in Texas. We moved to NJ this year and want to keep the s-corp in TX (we will probably be moving back in a couple of years). We had no income this year. Do we need to "register" with NJ or anything even though we aren't doing any business right now? Thanks for your help.
