stock share value (reviewing the valuation of stock shares)
We have not had a corporate meeting in over 10 years to review the valuation of stock shares. We were to convene a meeting starting in 1999, yearly for each year this agreement was in effect. Is this a binding contract being that we did not hold our yearly meetings? Thank you.
