Default Real Estate Equity - Real Estate Lawyer in Manila, Philippines

I built a new house 4 years ago with my girlfriend. It was done without a written contract and my name is not on the deed or mortgage. Since we are now splitting up, I am wondering about my legal rights to equity. I have heard that a contract could be "implied" based upon our "actions". During this 4 years, all housing expenses, including mortgage payments, were split as closely to 50/50 as possible.
