contract will terminate immediately if a work permit or residence permit is withdrawn
If one has an employment contract which stipulates that the contract will terminate immediately if a work permit or residence permit is withdrawn how can one challenge the termination

You can re-instate the work permit or residence issue quickly, arguing the breach was never actually material.
Would help to have a few more facts here. |
