Venture capital lawyer needed asap
I have raised 240,000 dollars from three doctors and need to have it all documented.
Two local lawyers gave me very high quotes--250 per hour and 10,000 dollars. Is there a way to get this well-documented for less? Any chance a lawyer could take some equity to help offset costs? Looking for options asap! |

Could all docs be done online too? Or would we normally have to be in person with the lawyer?
