Venture capital lawyer needed asap

I have raised 240,000 dollars from three doctors and need to have it all documented.

Two local lawyers gave me very high quotes--250 per hour and 10,000 dollars.

Is there a way to get this well-documented for less? Any chance a lawyer could take some equity to help offset costs? Looking for options asap!

Could all docs be done online too? Or would we normally have to be in person with the lawyer?

Email World Law Direct on their home page. They will designate or assign a potential lawyer, give you a fixed price quote, and you can compare it with other options.

I hope i can pay less then 200 per hour?? That's what my local guy quoted me!
