need part time but ongoing lawyer for our business

We are large enough that from time to time we have need for an Attorney.
If it is for nothing else but legal counsel, or to write a letter concerning legal problems. We need to
see if there is an Attorney that would be willing to be \"retained\" at a
small fee as we are non-profit and do not operate with a large cash flo to
get started. We do not expect any Attorney to do work for us for nothing,
but need someone who is \"accessible\" if the need arrises. Is there one
who would be willing to work with us?
