agreed with a company over phone for them to design website verbally one day sale for that day only. they faxed written contract which we did not sign, not comfortable with contract. Next day called to cancel doing business with them and they said we have a verbal contract and they want their money over $500. Is verbal contract binding? They are trying to force us to pay them in full. Florida business

If they wanted a written contract then the verbal was not intended to be a final agreement. So it would seem there was no agreement.
