Cape Verde - wish to remove one of its directors
Cape Verde
State: All States/Provinces --company in Cape Verde --and wish to remove one of its directors. How do I go about doing this please? |

The majority of shareholders can do so by vote--or the majority of directors. But check your corporate documents to see if any it addresses the issue. If they do, those terms will normally govern.
