clearing judgment South Africa
South Africa
I had a vehicle account with Nedbank and skipped some monthly payments which resulted in me having a judgement against my name...i\'ve now settled the account and have a paid in full letter in my possession. How do i go about removing my name |

The creditor needs to sign a release and satisfaction of judgment that you can file with the court. You can sue them if they refuse to execute the release and satisfaction.
