meaning of discourteous conduct towards co-worker
In the phrase engaged in discourteous conduct towards your co-worker, does \"Conduct towards\" mean directed at and delivered to the co-worker. Or can complaining about a co-worker to your supervisor also be a form of conduct toward that supervisor?
