Repo
I live in Pa and voluntarily surrendered my vehicle and now I owe around $7000.00 plus lawyer fees. I need to answer a civil complaint point by point. I know this will buy me time until my bankruptcy, I just don't know my reason for denying any of their allegations. For instance, I want to deny the amount including lawyer fees, but I don't know my reasoning. I need to buy more time. Any advise?
