Payment dispute - Trinidad corporation

florida - I was contracted to provide a 4 day training event in Trinidad in July 2009. I did the training and provided the invoice based on the agreement made (in writing) and have been paid $1485 US of the total amount due of $5280 US leaving a balance due of $3795 US. Agreement signed by owner of the firm, Meridius, Inc. The case is straightforward in my opinion but due to the Int\'l issues, is it worth pursuing? Thank you
