I have a two side bond from the company. Company has to pay me 3 months onsite pay if they are not able to provide 18months of onsite. Unfortunately our contract has been terminated from the client with in 1 year

That would normally be an event that would be covered in your bond terms and it is beyond the control of the company--so normally they would no longer have to pay you.
Review your documents closely. |
