legal steps needed to get money paid back
A person borrowed money from us $10K. We have a written agreement and a copy of the bank check. It has been a year and I have not recieved payback. What are my legal steps needed to get this money paid back?

You should make written demand and then sue in small claims or regular court.
If you use small claims you can sue for just certain payments due in order to keep it under the max amount allowed in that court. |
