Ageement with Indian manufacturer
I invented a Security tool.On the internet I contacted a Large Indian tool Manufacturer. He wants me to visit India help him make my Tool. I pay upfront, he will Manufacture my tool, Pack and sell it --he will send me the agreed commision, when it is sold. What if he doesn\'t and keeps my money?

Make sure you have a solid agreement in place and that you are dealing with a reputable manufacturer. You can sue them if they fail to adhere to the contract.
