3 owners in a company
If there are 3 owners in a company that all own the same percentage in the company and one of the owners put a hold on the inventory so that its not sold to customers? All of the owners are responisble in paying the vendors for the inventory.

Yes.
But you can sue the third owner if he is acting improperly and causing you damages. |
