I am one of 3 majority shareholders in a family C corp with a net, net, net, lease. Unfortunately my sister and brother designated themselves officers. What are my rights? Are there laws to prevent them from doing this?

You can demand an accounting and if you see any unauthorized withdrawals you can sue for damages or even file a police report for theft if justified.
