I have a Incorporated Company with Four equal Partners in B.C. Canada. It is basically a flow through with no value. We wish to buyout three partners and leave it all to on owner. What is the best way to do this and ensure that everyones interests are protected and so that there is no future liability exposure?

You may all sign and agree exactly the terms for the buyout--or it may be even easier to dissolve the company and have the one owner that is continuing set up his new company. If you want to get into further details use the wld home page web form form and contact wld there as well.
