limited liability business 60:40 shares
Jamaica
when two directors of a limited liability business has 60:40 shares. If the business should dissolve, what percentage of the debts would eah director be responsible for? |

Unless they agreed other wise it would be the same 60 40 split normally.

Although only the company is liable if nobody guaranteed the debts--the interest holders and directors are not necessarily liable.
