Default limited liability business 60:40 shares

when two directors of a limited liability business has 60:40 shares. If the business should dissolve, what percentage of the debts would eah director be responsible for?

Unless they agreed other wise it would be the same 60 40 split normally.

Although only the company is liable if nobody guaranteed the debts--the interest holders and directors are not necessarily liable.
