Under 18 in contract
Hello
Im looking for some advice and thought this would be a good place to come to, Basically I have had some problems with a company called fasthosts, I signed up for some web hosting a while back (which claimed 3 months free) This 3 months free binds you into a contract (Until Nov 2010 for me) Now it states that you have to be 18 to agree to this contract my question is would I be able to get my account cancelled and my contract terminated by claiming im not 18 (Im not) or would they be able to take some form of legal action against me? Would pretending to not be aware of needing to be 18 be any good? Also would cancelling the direct debit at the bank be any good? I will link the TOS, apparantly Im in the special offers section. Terms of service - Fasthosts I would really really appreciate any help I can get! Thanks |

Not if you signed up.
...but you are free to cancel if you are not satisfied and you can stop the debits --call your bank and do so. |
