Question Can My previous employer Sue me for joining one of their clients?
Hi I was working with that client on the behalf of my then employer. Then I left them and joined another company but only after about 1.5 months I am planning to go back to join the Client which I used to work for on the behalf of my employer. I am in UK. I was a permanent employee and my appointment letter did say that I should not contact any clients etc for 12 months.. The client is very happy that I want to join them. What are the chances they will want to sue me? They still have several projects going on with that client.
