business contract and owed a bunch of money
My question :
I ordered some machines (atv\'s) from a company as a mfg. rep for them in October 2008. I have not received them as of yet.The company says I have to wait unit they are available per my contract.They have not filled several parts of the contract on there end. I have asked for my money back several times and they will not return it. What can I do? |

That is way too long and is a breach of the contract.
You can sue for damages or take other action and you may deem the contract as having been breached for failure to perform. |
