Confused Centrix Breach of Contract???

We have an auto load with Centrix Financial out of Colorado. They have since filed bankruptcy and handed our loan over to two verified companies. The title is still in the name of Centrix however their doors are closed and we cannot contact them and neither can my local bank. We are unsure of the status of our loan, we have not received anything in writing, or verbal over the phone. We were already a little behind on payments because of loss of job. However when attempting to make payments over the last two
weeks the payments are kicked back, all methods of payment are rejected by "Peak 5, Flatiron. We found anouther company threw a blog that is claiming to be now holding the loans from "Centrix, Peak 5, Flatiron" but they have not contacted us in any form. We fear sending them any payments because we don't know who they are. We are now afraid of reposession. Do we have any legal rights? Are they in breach of contract? One last note, I did contact the Colorado Attorney General and they did inform me that the first three companies Centrix, Peak 5, and Flatiron, are all owned by the same person (Robert Sutton) and he is under investigation again.
Please help.

Ask for whomever says they are holding the loan to put it in writing and have the AG and/or the police examine it to see if it is true.

A lawyer could also assist.

I would also check with the bankruptcy court who actually holds the loans.

Confused Re: Centrix Breach of Contract???

I just spoke today with the Court Appointed attorney that handled the bankruptcy of Centrix Financial. The Bankruptcy was finalized Feb 2007. They sold the Lean to Peak 5, Flatiron. This year Peak 5, Flatiron filed for Bankruptcy and was closed early July and sold the lean to one of two companies. Systems Services Technologies, and Auto Portfolio. All of these companies are owned by CEO Robert E Sutton. Now I checked with my local DMV and the title to my vehicle is still registered to Centrix Financial. However Scott Varholak the Bankruptcy attorney stated that Centrix is no longer an entity of any kind, "They no longer exist". So my title is owned by a company that no longer exists. There is absolutely no way of contacting anyone from Peak 5, Flatiron, or Centrix Financial. The only contact now is Systems Services Technology and Auto Portfolio. However Systems Services and Auto Portfolio have not contacted us in any manner to inform us that they are the new leanholders and to make payments to them.
I signed a typical purchasing agreement at the auto dealer and I have not been able to find anywhere in there that covers these issues. These issues are beyond the contract.
