Default Pool build

Florida
My business is being sued for 15K. I've been thinking of dissolving my corp. due to the economic situation and due to health reasons. I've been served with a summons should I still dissolve? The corp. has absolutely no assets. I personally have no assets either should I be concerned and I can't afford an attorney can I represent myself or not?

Default Pool build

The suit is about various items the homeowner feels are warranty issues and I feel they are not. Also the final payment was never paid by the homeowner and the contract clearly states that failure to make any payments at scheduled times would void the warranty and give me the right to stop any and all work. Am I in the right to not take care of items since the amounts were not paid. Thank you.

You might counterclaim for the amounts due and sue HIM!
