purchase agreement INDIA
India
After purchage agrement in gaziabad at his factory side if a party make chaque in delhi and handover it to secound party in gaziabad and secound party not fulfil his comitment then first party file a crimnal case against secound party in gaziabad can file civil suit against secound party in delhi court and what is law of jurisdiction of india say. please answer me as soon as possible with regads.Thank you. |
