My business partner and I need to separate as quickly as possible. I own 51% of the shares and the business, which I started, is built around my skills. He owns 49% after putting in some capitol to get things started plus he does some general business management. I want a fair conclusion to this partnership but resolution looks impossible, things have turned nasty. Can anyone tell me how I would go about ending this, is it just a case of working out what the business is worth and paying him that amount, how would I do that and what would I do if I didn't have enough funds available? If he refuses to leave what are my options?
thanks in advance |
