psychic who advised me I needed an aura cleansing

... about two months ago I hired a psychic who advised me I needed an aura cleansing after about a week she told me that the work she has to do for me would be more effective if I had these \"crystals\" to work with.she lives in Texas, she told me that I would have to make a deposit of $1000.00 us dollars which I would get back after a period of two weeks in order to receive the crystals. The money would serve as a security incase any of any damage to the crystals. She sent me an email in which the deposit form clearly states that the money would be returned after a two week period. Her name was on the doem. There were no clauses whatsoever on this deposit form. I western unioned the money to her. It has been over two months and she has not returned my money to me, she has her website up, three numbers which I can contact he and even via email. She has been in contact with me. am ready for my deposit back and she keeps making excuses. What can I do? I live in Trinidad she lives in Texas I would like to know if I have any legal rights to this matter and if the deposit form sent by email is legally enforceable I am worried I won\'t get my money back cause $1000.00 us dollars is 7000.00 tt dollars.
