Copyrights and Partnerships
To whom does the copyright of a photograph belong to when the photograph was produced by one of the partners during a partnership? And if a partnership operates under one name, but has done business under another name, is that secondary name the sole property of the partnership?

The photo and the name belong to the partnership, at least as to use. There can be some argument as to who owns the underlying photo copyright.
