Personal Guarantee
I signed unknowingly a Personal Guarantee included in the small print of an "opening of a hire account application form" for my business. I was unaware that I was signing such a document which they have a faxed copy only. Am I liable. (The company I was working for has gone into voluntary liquidation.)

What kind of company had you sign it, a large corp.? You can try to challenge it but when and how did you sign it?
