Changing of Sponsor

Dear Sir/Mam,

Hi!I am a newbie here and just tried to find some help. I'm working in a newly established company here in UAE. My employer is also an expatriate here, and under the Law here, an expatriate can make business here in Dubai but should have a Local Sponsor who will have 51% share in the company. The problem arise last year when our sponsor asked for our company bank statement for his personal use. Coz as far as i know, our Sponsor would want to apply for a loan from another bank. We gave him our first 3 months bank statement with our company stamp plus our trade license and copy of labour card. Following weeks he again asked for another 4 months bank statement and my employer said that our bank cannot issue another statement consecutively in a month, and though it's still have been requested the statements will go to our P.O box in weeks time. After that, my employer went out of the country for 5 days. When he came back we just found out that our Sponsor changed the lock of our P.O box and documents he asked from us were all attached there such as trade license & labour card, also he made a fake company stamp of ours. The time we knew what he had done (our Sponsor), we immediately transferred all our money from our account in HSBC bank to my employer's personal account for the meantime. One Legal consultant here said that better we give our Sponsor what he wants and we make a letter of undertaking that whatever will happen our company is not liable for such,i.e, that if he can't pay the loan..And advised us to change sponsor also coz he is not trustworthy anymore for us. Now the problem is that this Sponsor is not cooperating with us, coz we need signatures from him for some documents and for this changing the Sponsor. What will be the best action we can do about this? Is there any lawful way to make him show up his self for these things? I would really appreciate your good advice for this. Thank you so much..
