Our company entered into a service contract with a company in Germany via the internet. According to the service specification sent to us before signing the contract, it was clearly stated that the service can work WITH or WITHOUT a compression gateway.
After we made all payments and signed the contract papers, the company in germany insisted that they cannot provide the service to us without the compression gateway. They refused to entertain the refund of our payment. This action has crippled our business. Can we sue this company from Nigeria by getting a lawyer in Germany to represent us considering that the transaction was done over the internet. |
