I own a small business in Georgia and I have a customer in California that has an outstanding balance of $64,000.00 for some promotional items and has wrote me a check for $32,000.00 which was returned from thier bank for Not Suffienct Funds twice. I have talked to Magistrate court here in my county in Georgia since the check was mailed to my address and I can get a felony warrrant for them. I wanted to ask if it would be better to proceed with getting the warrant or take them to court for the full amount or should I do both or am I wasting my time doing either one? Please help. thanks, rcarter146
