LLC Partnership Dissolution

Which form should be submitted to dissolve an LLC Partnership? Would it be a change in the articles of incorporation some kind of an operating agreement change, and then a corporate dissolution or liquidation on form 966 for the IRS? We have submitted the dissolution for the state of Nevada where we incorporated. We've invested heavily into legal fees to get this all set up last year, and I'd prefer not to have to spend more to get out of it. We have not received funding, so no actual business transactions took place.

Check those forms on world law's site, they should have a copy there for each state, or also call your state dept of corporations--they are there to help and will direct you. Normally they have their own template dissoultion form.
