Deposit refund from dealer
I put a deposit on a truck at a truck dealer. The truck dealer sent the deposit to the finance co. The loan was approved then not approved. The truck dealer says they will not return my deposit until and if the finance co. returns the deposit to the dealer. What action can I take and how?
