people using our business name
I am an australian who has been running an registered education/business in Australia, for more than 20 years recently two americans have informed us they intend to also set up a similiar type business using our name and selling ostensibly a similiar product making very similiar claims as to it's provenence. We have objected to this but they claim it's completely legal to do this as we are in australia and they are in america We don't make much profit and can't afford lawyers to fight this what can we do?
