atty negligence and atty ethics
I started an LLC with a friend of mine. We then brought on a 3rd partner. We did this all with an atty to help us set up the LLC and to help us with negotiations on jobs. Things were going great but then I found out that the atty and my business partner took all the money from our acct to start a new business. I was told we were negotiating jobs for the company that I was part of but found out later it was for their secret company they started up. They have not contacted me yet to tell me anything and they refuse to return my calls. Is this ethical behavior of a TN lawyer? Is this negligence on my lawyer? Can my business partner legally take all of our company money and start another company with our lawyer without telling me? TN Law.......Hillbilly law~

You could sue the lawyer and report him to the Bar. That is not allowed and is a conflict of interest.
