Confused About contracts

Okay. I have to make this brief, and I need a really detailed response.
Here's my list of questions.

1. Can the average citizen write a legally-binding contract?
2. If the above is true, does it have to be notarized?
3. Can I reuse a single contract by having copies of it?

My intention is to start a web-design and application development business.
You can see the potential there for lawsuits, etc.
I basically need something legally binding that says that the client surrenders the ability to sue me for anything that I am not at fault for, and that I have full legal right to file a lawsuit should they breach contract. It must also state that any legal action on my part is at my discretion.

There must be an understanding from the beginning that I am a human being, and cannot perform miracles. Any and all contracts must state what I can and cannot be held liable for, and, as part of any contract, the client must be willing to allow one permanent right to me as the webmaster of their website...

If there should be a "Contact Me" form on their website, I need a legally binding statement that they will allow me access to the email account linked to that form if it should ever become necessary, which it may. (That would be for purposes of testing and debugging the scripting involved, to resolve errors, or to review any misuse or inappropriate messages that may be.)

Be warned that I can't afford the expense of having a lawyer draft contracts right now, but I need them badly. I need all of the legal documents ready. I already have a client lined up, and I'll be working for him as soon as I launch my business...

Default Re: About contracts

You can write and agree to any terms--check competitors sites as well for terms etc.

WLD can often prepare start-up forms if you need for a fee of 600 to 800 dollars based on what I have seen
