what kind of contract?
Hi,
I meet this guy who want us to work together on certain products from africa.He gets the product from someone else and he said he has a financier to finance the products to get to me.He however sends me price list to work with as i am the direct contact to the buyer.He said I can increase the prices a little bit to present to the buyer and he talks about us working together.The price list he gave me seems like he already increased from the regular prices i got from a different supplier. Now,The problem is that how do i make my money,how does he and his financial make their money.What kind of contract do i need to sign to protect myself.Please I need some help.Thanks |
