partners in a partnership want to gang up
i am in a partnership with four other people in a business, we are meeting on monday to discuss re-structuring the business plan and partners responsibillty for the monthly debt. three have been talking behind myself and anothers partners back to come up with this plan to benefit them. it will create a financial hardship on us and jeopardize the business. what can we do if we do not agree??

You can dissolve the partnership and divide up assets and debts if any. Or perhaps seek mediation or abitration resolve disagreements.
