I worked for a Delaware Corporation for two years and my contract called for stock shares to be paid to me for that time. I paid for my stock based upon the prices set by the company, but have yet to receive any of it. Since leaving there a year ago, I've requested the Stock Certificate be sent to me on many occasions, only to continue getting vague answers from their attorney who says he's "still trying". Id like to know what the process would be to compel them to issue the certificate to me?

You can file in court and get an order compelling it.
Or sue for any damages that it is causing you? Do you have some record that the shares are in your name? Do they agree in any letter etc.? Or you may want to have lawyers call and demand for you...that may work faster, |
