Starting in Two States (setting up a company in Florida and Ohio)
A friend and I are going over the details on setting up a company in Florida and Ohio. We are wondering what structure we should use, and how this will effect taxes and startup costs - or, where we should begin to look for that sort of information. There are no other employees involved, and we plan to base the business in Florida.
We're open to suggestions on how to do this the most effective way possible. Thanks! |
