Cool "instructed to advice a willingness to sell": need case law

I've just been told by a legal expert that the following sentence can and will be used as legally binding agreement. I don't see how at all!

We = legal advisors of selling shareholder
Client = selling shareholder
You = legal advisors of buying shareholder

"We are instructed to advice that our client will accept $ XXX,XXX,XXX,XXX (hold on... ,XXX,XXX,XXX lol) in full and final settlement. We look forward to hearing from you."

This only informs me that someone is being instructed to advice a vendor's willingness to sell at a certain price in full and final settlement.

Please back me up with some case law if possible.

Wink Re: "instructed to advice a willingness to sell": need case law

There seems to be a lack of replies in these legal forums..
To me that indicates demand far outweighing supply in free (casual I might add) legal expertise...
Perhaps a little market opportunity for someone out there?
