Gym Membership
I have a 2 year contract with a gym in Ohio. I am about 7 months into it. In the seven months, there have been two times that they opened over an hour late. I drive 45 miles to get there at 5:00 and I sit in the hall. The employee who takes your card and swipes it, had pink eye...and there was an instance were we showed up and there were no employees yet the gym was NOT locked and we were able to go inside.
I no longer want this membership since obviously the are completely incapable of running a gym. I have told them I am canceling but have not heard back from them. What legal rights do I have to get out of this? |
