shes evil and taken everything please help me !!!!

my x girl friend and i bought a condo in baja together i sold my house in hawaii and wrote to title company and told them to add notation that i was depositing funds from my sale to x s account for the purchase of the condo we went down and had papers norterized in mexicalli and all now some how she has taken my name off and only her name is on this contract i was on the couminity ass. board ther and have had several other problems with this woman. my dad passed while i was gone she stole everything he had police would do nothing stating we were together and unless i had reciepts even know she had u haul with her full of my stuff they wouldnt do anything she just reciently call police and told them or jeep was stole even know she new i had it she just wanted to get out of a lein hold that auto mechanic was going to put on it she never contacted him for 2 months and is or was heavy herion user. she also is harboring a friend of hers that is running from drug charges in hawaii that would put her there for life she knows i would never put up with this

It sounds to me that you may want to file in court ASAP and get a judge to order that your assets be returned.

You are going to need to have this all thoroughly documented.
