Can I sue a company for ruining my marriage and causing financ. and emot. distress?
I have a cell phone account with Tmobile and I had a male friend as an authorized user on my partner line. In the mean time I moved out of the house with my husband to work on our marriage. I was getting to move back in because things were better and financially we could not afford two houses. Long story short, a letter was sent to my husband's address in the authorized user's name (not mine- the account holder) about equipment protection. Nothing is ever to be sent in the name of the authorized user. And the address was not even his it was mine before I moved out. Also, this letter addressed to my authorized user, I, the account holder never recieved it. How does this ruin my marriage. The authorized user is an ex boyfriend and now my husband will not speak to me and is threatening divorce. We have 2 kids and he wants to take them. All chances of reconciliation are gone because of that letter that should have never been sent. Now I can lose my husband, my kids, and my financial stability, not to mention the emotional distress this has caused. Is there anything I can do?
